The planting action at the Wolfratshausen public library begins musically by the Wolfratshausen children's choir.
The two initiators Lilli Doktor and Jennifer Layton welcome all guests present.
Our project manager Lothar Müller also welcomes and introduces the topic of "social sculpture" according to Beuys.
Together with the Bauhof Wolfratshausen, DASMAXIMUM project manager Lothar Müller aligns the basalt stele.
Together, the hole for the tree - here a hornbeam - is now dug and the beech is placed inside.
After the joint "digging in" the tree is still fixed and then watered by students of the 1st grade of the local elementary school.
The perfect place for the plaque on the stone is also quickly found.
From now on, the tree and the stele will provide shade and coolness in the garden of the Wolfratshausen library and will serve as a retreat and meeting place for many people in the future.
