With an KunstBegegnung for children, the Traunreuter Museum DASMAXIMUM rings in the fall next Saturday.

At 2 p.m., children ages 8 to 12 will have the opportunity to learn about American artist Walter De Maria and his minimalist art.

While the landscapes outside turn their colorful autumnal hues, inside, Walter De Maria's "large landscapes" give rise to imaginative worlds all their own. Together with a museum employee, these are to be explored and put on paper. They will also explore whether it is actually possible to hear and feel works of art - and without touching them?

The offer is free of charge and lasts about 1 hour. Interested parents and their children can register directly at the museum box office on the day of the event or in advance at mail@dasmaximum.com.

With the KunstBegegnung, DASMAXIMUM wants to give children their first access to modern art, independent of school activities. The focus is on experiencing, observing and discovering the works of art. Parents have the opportunity to explore the museum on their own during the workshop.
