On Wednesday, July 3, 2024, numerous guests celebrated the opening of the exhibition "Center of Reaction" at the Hubert Burda Media publishing house in Munich. A lecture on the artist couple by art historian and curator Dr. Selima Niggl, moderated by Mon Muellerschoen, curator of the Hubert Burda Media Collection, rounded off the evening.
With over 200 visitors, DASMAXIMUM celebrated the start of the anniversary year 2023 on January 27! With "Flavin at Night", the Friends and Sponsors of the Museum, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, offered visitors the opportunity to see Dan Flavin's (1933-1996) light installation "European Couples" (1966-1971) for the first time in the course of twilight and finally in full darkness. . .
After last week's atmospheric launch of the new museum season with a record number of visitors at "Flavin by Night," DASMAXIMUM will now reopen its doors for regular museum operations next weekend, February 4 and 5. . .
