Assistant in the museum office (m|w|d)
The DASMAXIMUM Foundation, which supports the museum, is looking for from immediately to support the museum team an assistant (m/f/d) for the museum office (25-30h).
Her main responsibilities include
- General administrative tasks (e.g. addresses, invoices, press archive, visitor statistics)
- Management of the museum cash desk incl. cash accounting and cash book
- Administration of the museum supervisors incl. scheduling, preparation of time sheets and invoicing, preparation of contracts
- Supervision of tradesmen's activities and grounds maintenance
- Maintenance of the museum website
- Support at events (also outside regular working hours if required)
- Weekend shifts in rotation with other colleagues (1-2 times a month)
- Support in the field of art education (guided tours, educational programs for school classes) and public relations work
Your requirements profile includes:
- Commercial or comparable vocational training
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good German and good English skills
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (Word, Excel), experience with CMS programs an advantage
- Independent, organized and structured way of working
- High degree of reliability and discretion
- Flexibility and commitment
- Interest in art and culture in general
